While holding down the control key (ctrl), click on the link and a pop-up menu will appear - select "Save this link as..." or "Download link to disk". In the resulting dialog box, choose your download location.

To download video: Windows
Right click on the link and a pop-up menu will appear - select "Save link as..." or "Save target as". In the resulting dialog box, choose your download location.
